Ya kammala karatun digiri na likita a Jami'ar Ouagadougou a shekara ta 2001 tare da littafinsa mai suna Etude de problèmes elliptiques-paraboliques nonlinéaires en une dimension d'espace.[1] Kafin ya shiga gwamnati, shi ne shugaban University of Ouaga II tun a shekarar 2012.[2]
A ranar 31 ga watan Janairu, 2018, an naɗa shi Ministan Ilimi da Karatu na Ƙasa, ya maye gurɓin Jean-Martin Coulibaly.[3] A ranar 19 ga watan Janairu, 2019, ya yi murabus tare da wasu mambobin majalisar Thieba.[4] A ranar 24 ga watan Janairu, an naɗa shi Ministan Ilimi, Karatu da Ci Gaban Harsuna na ƙasa.[5]
