An gina Sansanin Conraadsburg a cikin 1660s.[1] An gina shi a wurin wani katafaren ɗakin sujada wanda Fotigal ya gina[2] kuma Dutch ɗin ya ƙone a ƙasa a Yaƙin Elmina (1637). Yaren mutanen Holland sun ba da katako ga Biritaniya a cikin 1872, tare da duk Gold Coast na Dutch.[3] Kafin a gina sansanin, Dutch sun yi amfani da tudun a matsayin wurin harbin bindiga don jefa bam ɗin Fotigal a shekara ta 1637.
