Sanarwa ta Ahiara: Ka'idodin juyin juya halin Biafra, wanda aka fi sani da Ahiara, takarda ce da kwamitin shirya Biyafara na kasa ya rubuta kuma ya gabatar a matsayin jawabin shugaban kasar Biafra Emeka Ojukwu a garin Ahiara na kasar Biafra.1ga Yuni,1969.

Sanarwar Ahiara

Bayan wani jerin gwano da aka yi wa mutanen tsohon yankin Gabashin Najeriya da ke zaune a wasu sassan wannan kasar kisan kiyashi tsakanin 1966 zuwa 1967,yankin ya balle a 1967 ya kuma shelanta Jamhuriyar Biafra mai cin gashin kanta.An gwabza kazamin yaki a lokacin da Najeriya ke fafutukar dakile ballewar yankin mai arzikin man fetur.Bayan shekaru uku na yaki da kuma asarar rayuka sama da miliyan biyu,jamhuriyar da ke kan gaba ta yi hasarar fafutukar neman yancin kai,aka kuma dawo da Najeriya cikin watan Janairun 1970.Shugaban jamhuriyar, Oxford ya yi wa Janar Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu ilimi,ya tafi gudun hijira,amma daga baya ya dawo Najeriya a 1983 karkashin afuwa ta musamman. A shekarar 1969,Biafra ta amince da daya daga cikin kundin tsarin mulkin kasa mai ci gaba a nahiyar Afirka a lokacin.Kundin tsarin mulki ko "Ka'idoji" ya zana sosai daga tsarin mulkin al'ada na gargajiya amma kuma an sanar da shi ta hanyar ci gaban siyasa na ci gaba a wasu sassan duniya a cikin shekarun 1960,da kuma akidar "Rashin daidaitawa"da wasu ƙasashe da dama bayan mulkin mallaka suka ɗauka a lokacin mulkin mallaka. A cewar Alexis Heraclides a cikin littafinta mai suna The Self-Determination of Minorities in International Politics,sanarwar ta yi nuni da cewa an samu sauyi zuwa wani lokaci mai tsaurin ra'ayi na siyasa a cikin gajeren tarihin Biafra.Janar Ojukwu ya caccaki Biritaniya,musamman ma "reshen Anglo-Saxon na [fararen fata]", saboda ya yi ta "zunubi ga duniya" ta hanyar kisan kare dangi da dama,ciki har da na mutanen Biafra:
