Ngondo biki ne na shekara-shekara wanda Sawa (mutanen bakin teku) ke gudanarwa a Douala, Kamaru. Babban abin burgewa a bikin shine bikin jengu. Ana gudanar da bikin ne a bakin teku a Wouri Bay, lokacin da wani mai bauta ya shiga cikin ruwa don ya ziyarci masarautar ƙarƙashin ruwa na miengu (jam'i don jengu). An yi imanin cewa miengu ya yi kama da maza, kuma za su ba da sa'a ga masu bautar su. Bisa ga al'ada, mai sadaukarwa na iya zama a ƙarƙashin ruwa na sa'o'i, kuma ya fito tare da tufafinsa a bushe. An hana yara halartar bikin. Gwamnatin Kamaru ta dakatar da Ngondo a shekara ta 1981, amma a shekara ta 1991 ta dawo da shi. Ana gudanar da bikin ne a cikin makonni biyu na farkon watan Disamba na kowace shekara. [1]
