Mohamed Raus bin Sharif (Jawi; an haife shi a ranar 4 ga watan Fabrairun shekara ta 1951), lauya ne na Malaysian da ya yi ritaya wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin Babban Alƙalin Malaysia na takwas[1] daga ranar 1 ga watan Afrilun 2017 har zuwa ranar 31 ga watan Yulin shekara ta 2018.[2] Ya maye gurbin Arifin Zakaria.

Ya fara karatunsa na yau da kullum a makarantar firamare ta Kampung Astana Raja a Rembau kuma ya ci gaba da kammala karatun sakandare a makarantar sakandare ta Tunku Besar a Tampin . Ya kammala takardar shaidarsa ta STPM a Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman (STAR) , Ipoh, Perak .

Ya sami digiri na farko a fannin shari'a daga Jami'ar Malaya a shekara ta 1976 daga baya ya sami digiri na biyu a fannin tattalin arziki na London a shekara ta 1987.[3]

Ya shiga Ayyukan Shari'a da Shari'a a matsayin majistare a shekarar 1976.

A ranar 1 ga watan Nuwambar 1994, an sanya shi Kwamishinan Shari'a a Babban Kotun a Kuala Lumpur . A ranar 12 ga watan Janairun shekara ta 1996, an naɗa shi a matsayin Alƙalin Babban Kotun Malaya . Tun daga wannan lokacin, ya yi aiki a Babban Kotun Shah Alam, Babban Kotun Muar, Babban Kotin Penang da Babban Kotun Kuala Lumpur.

A ranar 28 ga watan Yulin shekara ta 2006, an naɗa shi a matsayin Alƙalin Kotun ɗaukaka ƙara ta Malaysia . A ranar 12 ga watan Satumbar shekara ta 2011, an ƙara shi a matsayin Shugaban Kotun ɗaukaka ƙara ta Malaysia .

A cikin shekarar 2017, an ƙara wa'adinsa a matsayin Babban Alƙalin Malaysia.[4] Sake naɗa Md Raus da Zulkefli zuwa mukaman su sun kasance masu kawo rigima, yayin da aka tsawaita wa'adin su bayan sun kai shekaru 66 da watanni shida na ritaya.[5] Majalisar lauyoyi ta kira matakin "ba bisa ka'ida ba" kuma zai haifar da "rugujewar amincewar jama'a a ɓangaren shari'a da 'yancin kai".[6]

Ya auri Toh Puan Salwany Mohamed Zamri kuma yana da 'ya'ya biyu.
