Kyinkyinga (lafazin chin-chin-gá) ko Cincinga (Harshen Hausa), wani gasasshen nama ne ko kebab, wanda yayi fice a Yammacin Afirka kuma yana da alaƙa da Suya kebab. Kyinkyinga abincin hausawan kasar Ghana ne wanda yan kasuwa ke saidawa a yankin Zango na birane, kuma tun daga lokacin ya samu karbuwa a tsakanin sauran mutanen Ghana. Don haka yana da kamanceceniya da suya kebab a Najeriya da Nijar, wanda aka fi sani da suya, tsinga, cinga, cicinga, cincinga, tsire agashi, cacanga ko tankora a harshen Hausa.[1][2][3]

Ana shirya shi ne ta hanyar baɗe naman da wani abun da ake kira tankora ko yaji, kayan yaji irin na abincin Hausawa. Haɗi ne busasshen barkono mai zafi, busasshen citta, busasshiyar albasa, sauran kayan kamshi, da garin gyada da aka toya. Ana kuma tsire naman a tsinke, sau da yawa ana sanya albasa a duk tsakanin nama da nama da barkono, sannan a gasa. An bayyana shi a matsayin abincin kan titi na kasar Ghana.
