Ƙungiyar Ma'aikatan Man Fetur da Gas ta Ƙasa (NUPENG) ƙungiyar ƙwadago ce da ke wakiltar ma'aikata a masana'antar haƙo mai a ƙasar Nijeriya.

Ƙungiyar da ke da alaƙa da Laborungiyar kwadagon Najeriya (NLC) a kafuwarta, a shekara ta 1978. Zuwa shekarar 1988, tana da mambobi guda 13,750. A cikin shekarar 1994, ita da Ƙungiyar Manyan Ma’aikatan Man Fetur da Gas na Najeriya sun gudanar da yajin aiki na bai daya ga mulkin soja. Wannan ya haifar da kame shugabanta, WK Agamene, amma gwamnatin soja ta fadi ba da daɗewa ba.
Zuwa shekara ta 2005, membobin ƙungiyar sun Kuma faɗo zuwa mutum guda 8,000. A shekara ta 2016, ƙungiyar kwadagon ta bar ƙungiyar ta NLC ta zama wacce ta kafa kungiyar kwadago ta kasa (ULC), kuma an amince da ita a matsayin daya daga cikin manyan ƙungiyoyin kwadagon da ke ciki.
