Khlea
Khlea ko khlii nama ne da aka adana shi, yawanci ana yin shi da naman sa ko rago, wanda ya samo asali daga Maroko[1][2] da Aljeriya.[3][4] Ana yin Khlea ne ta hanyar yanka nama a yanka a bar shi ya bushe a rana bayan an shafe shi a cikin tafarnuwa, coriander da cumin.[4] Ana dafa naman a cakuda ruwan, mai da kitsen dabbobi.[5] Bayan sanyi, naman yana nutsewa cikin kitsen dabba kuma a bar shi ya bushe. Ana iya adana Khlea har zuwa shekaru biyu a cikin a mai zafi.[6]
