Jesca Ruth Ataa
Jesca Ruth Ataa 'yar ƙasar Uganda ce mai kare haƙƙin ɗan Adam, Mai fafutuka kuma shugabar Nakere Rural Women Activists (NARWOA), ƙungiyar al'umma a Kotido, Karamoja. An kafa shi a cikin watan Nuwamba 2002, NARWOA wata ƙungiya ce da ke tallafawa ƙungiyoyin mata a faɗin gundumar Kotido. [5] Kungiyar ta mayar da hankali kan magance rikice-rikicen jin kai, rikice-rikicen siyasa na kan iyaka da na ƙabilanci, tashin hankalin gida, da nuna wariya ga mata. [4]
A matsayinta na shugabar NARWOA, Ataa ta taka rawar gani wajen bunƙasa shirye-shiryen da ke karfafa mata ta fuskar tattalin arziki da zamantakewa. Shirye-shiryen NARWOA sun kai sama da mata 15,000 da yara 250,000, tare da samar musu da damammaki na ayyukan samar da kuɗaɗen shiga da inganta kuɗaɗen shiga gida da samar da abinci ta hanyar ƙaruwar noma. Gudunmawar zaman lafiya da warware rikici
