James Isabirye Mugoya, wanda kuma aka fi sani da James Isabirye ko James Mugoya, injiniya ne kuma dan kasuwa dan kasar Uganda.[1] Shi ne wanda ya assasa, mai shi, kuma shugaba, kuma babban jami’in gudanarwa na kamfanin Mugoya Construction Company Limited.[1] A cikin shekarar 2012, an jera shi a matsayin ɗaya daga cikin mutane mafi arziki a Uganda.[2]

An haifi Mugoya a yankin Gabashin kasar Uganda, a kusan shekarar 1950. Ya kuma halarci Kwalejin King Budo kafin ya shiga Jami'ar Nairobi, inda ya sami digiri na farko a fannin injiniyan farar hula.[3]
