Ice kenkey
Ice kenkey sanannen kayan zaki ne na kasar Ghana da aka kera daga kek, kumburin tururi da aka yi daga masara.[1] Ana sayar da ita a matsayin abincin titi a Ghana.[1][2][3]

gyara sasheAna samar da Kenkey ta hanyar narka masara cikin ruwa na kusan kwana biyu, kafin a Nika su sannan a Nika su a cikin kullu.[1] An ba da izinin yin burodi na 'yan kwanaki, kafin a dafa wani sashi na kullu sannan a gauraya shi da kullu wanda ba a dafa ba.[1] Ana samar da kankara kankara ta hanyar tsinke gutsuttsarin kenke, yana nika shi, sannan a gauraya shi da ruwa, sukari, madarar gari, da kankara.[1] Wasu furodusoshi suna amfani da gasasshen gyada maimakon madara.[1]
