Nouradine Delwa Kassiré Koumakoye (an haife shi a ranar 31 ga watan Disamban shekarar 1949 [1] ) ɗan siyasan ƙasar Chadi ne kuma shugaban ƙungiyar Rally for Development and Progress (VIVA-RNDP). [2] Bayan ya yi aiki a matsayin minista a cikin gwamnati a lokacin shekarun 1980 da farkon 1990s; ya kasance Firayim Minista na Chadi daga ranar 6 ga watan Nuwamban 1993 [3] zuwa 8 ga watan Afrilun 1995. [4] sannan kuma daga 26 ga Fabrairun shekarata 2007 zuwa Afrilu 16, 2008. A shekarar 2008, ya zama Shugaban Majalisar Tattalin Arziki, Zamantakewa da Al'adu.

An haifi Koumakoye a Bongor a kudancin Chadi. Daga watan Agustan 1975 zuwa Maris 1979, ya kasance mai ba da shawara kan harkokin mulki, tattalin arziki, da harkokin kudi a fadar shugaban kasar, kuma daga Janairun 1976 zuwa Yuni 1976 ya kasance Darakta a majalisar zartarwar fasaha ta Shugaban Jamhuriyar. Daga baya ya yi aiki a cikin gwamnati a matsayin Ministan Shari'a daga watan Yunin 1981 zuwa Mayun shekarar 1982 kuma ya zama Shugaban Jam’iyyar Democrat da babbar jam'iyyar National Rally (RNDP) a ranar 4 ga watan Fabrairu na 1982.
