Dedebit Credit and Saving Institution SC
Dedebit Credit and Savings Institution SC (DECSI) wata cibiya ce ta ƙananun kuɗi (microfinance) da ke aiki a yankin Tigray, a arewacin Habasha. Tare da abokan ciniki sama da 460,000,[1] DECSI tana ɗaya daga cikin manyan MFIs huɗu a Afirka.[2]

gyara sasheA cikin shekarar 1993, kungiyar agaji ta Tigray (REST), babbar kungiya mai zaman kanta a yankin, ta kaddamar da bincike kan talauci na zamantakewa da tattalin arziki a yankunan karkara. Rashin samun lamuni ya bayyana a matsayin daya daga cikin manyan matsalolin da ke kawo cikas ga farfado da yankin da ci gabansa. [3]
An samar da shirin bayar da lamuni don taimakawa wajen habaka noman noma, bunkasa tattalin arzikin cikin gida, rage tasirin masu ba da kudi da kara samun kudin shiga ga talakawa. An fara gudanar da ayyuka na farko a shekarar 1994 kuma za a amince da kungiyar ta hanyar doka a shekarar 1996 a matsayin wani bangare na dokar farko kan harkokin kudi a Habasha da aka kafa a waccan shekarar.
A lokacin girma DECSI ta sami tallafin kuɗi daga Novib (Netherland), Taimakon Jama'ar Norway da SOS FAIM.
