Chabvuta wani bangare ne na Shirin Shugabancin Matasan Afirka (YALI) a farkon shekarunta. Moremi Initiative Leadership Empowerment and Development (Milead) ta amince da ita a matsayin matashiyar ‘yar Afirka don ci gaban jagorancin.[2]

Chabvuta ita ce mai ba da shawara ga yankin Kudancin Afirka a CARE International. Kafin wannan ta yi aiki kan adalcin jinsi da sauyin yanayi ga ActionAid da ƙungiyar manoma ta Malawi. Ta yi magana game da adalci na yanayi da batutuwan jinsi ciki har da a taron sauyin yanayi na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya na shekarar 2021 (COP26) a Glasgow,[3] inda ta ba da labarin abubuwan da ta samu na yin aiki da kananan manoma mata a Malawi waɗanda ke fuskantar da yawa matsanancin yanayin yanayi da ke tasiri ga rayuwarsu. Kafin ta je COP26 ta kasance a Zimbabwe tana duba yadda Cyclone Idai ta kashe kusan mutane 1,300. A shekarar 2022 tana ba da rahoto kan ambaliyar ruwa a ƙasarta da ta yi sanadin mutuwar mutane 80 sakamakon guguwar Tropical Ana tare da nuna cewa har yanzu mutane na murmurewa daga Cyclone Idai.[4]
