Charles Konan Banny (11 Nuwamba 1942-10 Satumba 2021)[1][2][3] ɗan siyasan Ivory Coast ne, wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin Firayim Minista daga ranar 7 ga watan Disamba 2004 har zuwa 4 ga watan Afrilun 2007.

Banny ya shiga babban bankin ƙasashen yammacin Afirka (BCEAO) a shekarar 1976, inda ya rike muƙamai daban-daban a bankin tsawon shekaru. A cikin shekarar 1988 ya zama Mashawarci na Musamman ga Gwamnan BCEAO. Bayan Gwamna Alassane Ouattara na BCEAO ya zama Firayim Minista na Cote d'Ivoire, an naɗa Banny gwamnan rikon kwarya a ranar 4 ga watan Disamba 1990. A ranar 22 ga watan Disamba 1993, an naɗa shi Gwamna, inda ya hau kujerar a ranar 1 ga watan Janairun 1994.[4] He was reappointed for another six-year term as Governor on 17 June 1999, with the term beginning on 1 January 2000.[2] An sake naɗa shi a matsayin Gwamna na tsawon shekaru shida a ranar 17 ga watan Yuni 1999, wanda wa'adin zai fara ranar 1 ga watan Janairu 2000.

Saboda zaɓen da ya yi a matsayin firayim minista, an hana Banny tsayawa takarar shugaban ƙasar Cote d'Ivoire. Bayan yarjejeniyar zaman lafiya a watan Maris na shekara ta 2007, an naɗa sabon shugaban rundunar Guillaume Soro a matsayin Firayim Minista a karshen wata, kuma ya karɓi mulki daga Banny a ranar 4 ga watan Afrilu. Banny ya kuma rike mukamin Ministan Tattalin Arziki da Kuɗi daga watan Disamba 2005 zuwa Afrilu 2007.[7]

A cikin watan Satumba 2021, an tafi da Banny zuwa Turai saboda dalilai na lafiya.[8]

A ranar 10 ga watan Satumba 2021, Banny ya mutu daga COVID-19, yayin bala'in COVID-19 a Faransa, bayan fitarsa daga Ivory Coast. Ya kasance yana da shekaru 78.[9]
