Bate Besong
Bate Besong (1954-2007) ɗan wasan kwaikwayo ne ɗan Kamaru, mawaƙi kuma mai suka, wanda Pierre Fandio ya bayyana a matsayin "ɗaya daga cikin mafi wakilci kuma marubuta na yau da kullun na abin da za a iya kira ƙarni na biyu na wallafe-wallafen Kamaru a cikin Turanci" Ya mutu a ranar takwas ga Maris, shekara ta 2007, a wani hatsarin mota a kan babbar hanyar Douala-Yaounde.
