Attiéké
Attiéké (wanda kuma aka rubuta acheke)[1] abinci ne na gefe wanda aka yi da rogo, kuma sanannen abinci ne na gargajiya a Yammacin Afirka.[2] An shirya tasa daga ƙoshin rogo mai ƙamshi wanda aka ɗora ko aka ɗora.[3][4] Hakanan an shirya busasshiyar attiéké, wanda yayi kama da kamshi da couscous.[4]

Attiéké da ake siyarwa a kasuwanni galibi ana yin sa kuma ana iya ƙona shi na kusan mintuna 10 a cikin injin microwave a 750W.
