Antoinette Batumubwira (an haife ta a shekara ta 1956, a Ngozi, Burundi) 'yar siyasar Burundi ce. Ta kasance ministar harkokin wajen Burundi daga shekarun 2005 zuwa 2009. Tana auren tsohon ministan harkokin waje Jean-Marie Ngendahayo.
