Jam'iyyar All People's Party (APP) tsohuwar jam'iyyar siyasar Najeriya ce. An kafa ta ne a karshen shekarar 1998 a lokacin juyin mulki daga mulkin soja zuwa farar hula da hadin gwiwar kungiyoyin da suka samu goyon baya sosai a karkashin gwamnatin Sani Abacha. Yawancin goyon bayan jam’iyyar sun fito ne daga yankin tsakiya da kuma wasu sassan arewa[1]. Bayan zaben gwamna da aka yi a watan Janairun 1999, jam'iyyar People's Democratic Party (PDP) ta zama babbar jam'iyyar siyasa. Sakamakon haka, jam'iyyar APP da wata jam'iyyar - Alliance for Democracy (AD) - sun kafa kawance don tsayawa takara a zaben shugaban kasa mai zuwa. An zabi Olu Falae na AD a matsayin dan takarar shugaban kasa na jam'iyyar, yayin da Umaru Shinkafi na jam'iyyar APP ya zama mataimakinsa. A zaben ‘yan majalisu da aka gudanar a ranar 20 ga Fabrairun 1999, jam’iyyar APP ta lashe kujeru 20 cikin 109 na Majalisar Dattawa da kujeru 68 cikin 360 na Majalisar Wakilai. Zaben shugaban kasa da aka gudanar a ranar 29 ga watan Fabrairun 1999, dan takarar jam’iyyar PDP Olusegun Obasanjo ne ya lashe zaben. Ya samu kashi 62.78% idan aka kwatanta da kashi 37.22% na tikitin Falae/Shinkafi[2].
