Alkaki

Alkaki abin sha ne mai daɗi a tsakanin ƙabilar Hausa ta Arewacin Najeriya, galibi ana yin sa ne lokacin bukukuwan aure, ana yin sa ne daga alkama, sukari da zuma.

Alkaki Alkaki wani abun ciye-ciye ne da Hausawa ke shiryawa da kayan cikin gida da Hausawa ke shiryawa. Abincin ciye-ciye ne da ake yi wa baƙi, galibi a lokuta. Kamar a bukukuwan aure, ana shiryawa da yawa domin amarya ta tarbi masu ziyara da masu fatan alheri. Akwai wata shahararriyar magana a gare ta, “Alkaki da zuma sai Sarki” ma’ana Alkaki da aka shafa da zuma na sarakuna ne.

Mataki na 9: Ki kwaba sosai a zuba tamarind (tsamiya) da aka diluta ko kuma lemon tsami guda a samu Maganin Sugar. Mataki na 10: Ci gaba da dumi don guje wa ƙarfafawa. Mataki na 11: Soya kullu (Alkaki) ta amfani da kwanon frying akan ƙananan wuta. Bada shi ya koma launin zinari. Mataki na 12: Ki tace shi nan da nan ki zuba a cikin ruwan sukari. Bada minti 3-5. Mataki na 13: A ƙarshe, zuba shi a cikin akwati mai tsabta kuma ku ji daɗi.
