Akher Saa (Arabic) mujallar masu amfani ce ta harshen Larabci da aka buga a Misira. An kuma bayyana mujallar a matsayin mujallar hoto.[1] An ƙaddamar da shi a shekarar 1924 yana daga cikin tsofaffin wallafe-wallafen ƙasar.

Mohamed El Tabiti ne ya kafa Akher Saa a shekarar 1924.[2] A lokacin farko mujallar ta kasance ɗaya daga cikin wallafe-wallafen da ke tallafawa Wafd Party. Mustafa Amin da Ali Amin ne suka sake farfado da shi a shekarar 1944. Daga nan, ya zama wani ɓangare na Akhbar El Yom wanda kuma shine mai wallafa mujallar. Akher Saa mallakar gwamnatin Masar ce tun 1960.

An kafa shi a Alkahira, mako-mako yana rufe abubuwan da suka faru na zamantakewa, abubuwan da mata ke sha'awa da wasanni. Mujallar, wacce aka buga a ranakun Asabar, ta haɗa da labarai na siyasa, tattalin arziki da zamantakewa.

Mohamed Heikal shi ne babban editan Akher Saa a cikin shekarun 1950.[2][3] Daga shekarun 1970 zuwa 1976 marubucin Masar Anis Mansour shine babban edita. Ahmed Roshdy Saleh ya kuma yi aiki a matsayin babban editan mujallar. Ya zuwa shekara ta 2008 Samir Ragab ya kasance babban edita kuma shugaban mujallar. A ranar 28 ga watan Yuni 2014 Mohamed Abdel Hafez ya zama babban edita. A watan Satumbar 2020 aka nada Mohamed El Sebaei Mohamed a wannan mukamin.

Daga shekarun 2006 zuwa 2008, Mohamed Abdelbaki ya yi aiki a matsayin editan harkokin kasashen waje na mujallar.

Mai zane-zane na Armeniya-Masar Saroukhan ya yi aiki a mujallar tun daga farkonta a shekarun 1934 zuwa 1946. Rakha, mai zane-zane na Masar, ya ba da gudummawa ga mujallar. An kuma buga zane-zane na Al Hussein Fawzi a cikin mujallar.[4]

Rarrabawar mako-mako a shekarar 2000 ya kasance 120,000.
