Mangera ya kammala karatunsa a Darul Uloom Bury sannan ya yi karatun Ifta a Darul Uloom Zakariyya da ke kasar Afirka ta Kudu sannan ya yi karatu a Mazahir Uloom Jadeed da ke Saharanpur a kasar Indiya. Ya sami digiri na B.A a Jami'ar Rand Afrikaans da ke Johannesburg da kuma digiri na M.A da PhD a fannin Nazarin Musulunci daga SOAS, Jami'ar Ingila.[1][2][3][4][5] An ba shi izini ya watsa hadisi daga Habib Al-Rahman Al-Azmi (ta hanyar dalibinsa Zayn al-'Abidin), Abul Hasan Ali Hasani Nadwi, Muhammad al-'Awwama, da Muhammad Yunus Jaunpuri.

Mangera ya kafa Cibiyar Whitethread da ZamZam Academy.[6] An bayyana shi a cikin 2020 na 500 Mafi Tasirin Musulmai.[7] An kuma ba shi kyautar girmamawa a Kwalejin Cambridge Muslim a shekarar 2013 da kuma Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought da ke Amman, Jordan a shekarar 2016.

A cikin shekarar 2016, Mangera ya yi tafiya zuwa Kashmir don yin jawabi a taron Imam Abu Hanifa wanda Darul Uloom Raheemiyyah ya shirya a cikin hadaddun taro na Jami'ar Kashmir.[8]
