nyama choma Gashashshen nama ne na musamman da ake amfani da Naman awaki da ake gasawa. Naman da ake gasawa ya shahara sosai a Tanzania da Kenya, inda ake la'akari da shi a matsayin abincin ƙasa.[1] Kalmar nyama choma tana nufin "nama na barbecue" a cikin harshen Kiswahili.[2]

A Kenya, an fi son naman akuya, amma kuma ana amfani da naman sa.[3]

Don ingantacciyar nyama choma, ana zuba gishiri da barkono, wani lokaci ana soya naman da farko a haɗa da albasa, tafarnuwa da citta, tare da barkono mai zafi da lemun tsami.[3]


Ana samunsa a duka gidajen kwana na gefen hanya da manyan gidajen abinci. A al'adance ana cin shi da hannu.[3]

Abinci na gefe sun bambanta, amma mafi yawan na gargajiya ne sune salad kachumbari da ugali.[3]
