Al’ummar musulmai a duk fadin duniya sukan dauki Azumi a lokacin daya (Ba tare da sunci abinci ba ko ruwa) tun daga fitowar Alfijir har zuwa faduwar rana a cikin watan RAMADAN.[1] Duk da cewa, ba ana yin azumi ne domin samun lafiya ba, Azumi Umurnine na Allah (S.W.A), Amma tare da haka Kimiyar Zamani ta tabbatarda Azumin (Musamman na watan Ramadan), Yana taka muhimmiyar Rawa wajen Samun Lafiya (Wannan shine bayanin da zanyi). Shi dai Azumi na wajaba ne a kan mutum mai cikakkiyar lafiya, ta hankali da ta jiki, ba mai raunin lafiya ko yaro ba. Wannan shi ya sa a addinance da kuma a likitance ba kowa ne aka yarda ya yi azumi ba. Duk da haka kuma, akwai marasa lafiyar da azumi kan yi wa amfani sosai wadanda su ma zan yi dan bayanin amfanin Azumi a gare su.

Azumi da Lafiyan Dan Adam

Inganta garkuwar jiki

Da zarar an kone sukari da kitse kuma an rage teba sannan an samu lafiyar zuciya to dan adam ya kan samu garkuwa da kuzari fiye da lokacin da ba ya azumi.[9] Ita kuma garkuwa na taimaka wa jiki ne wajen hana kamuwa da wata cuta ko kuma cutar ba za ta yi tasiri a jikin dan adam ba.

Tsaftace jiki da hutar da sassan jiki

Idan aka ci rabin watan Ramadan, jikin mutum yana sabawa da azumi. Hanji da koda da huhu da ma fatar mutum na tsaftace kansu. Sannan sassan jikin da ke aikin tace abinci lokacin da mutum ya ci abincin za su huta ne lokacin azumi.

Inganta Lafiyar kwakwalwa

Kamar yadda motsa jiki yake sanya kwakwalwa ta yi aiki yadda ya kamata, to sakamakon azumi ana iya samun wannan alfanu.

Hana kasala
