Muhammadu Kobo dan Aliyu Gana, OBE, CON (a shekarar 1910- 13 Yuni 2002) shi ne Etsu Lapai na 11 na masarautar Lapai, wata masarauta ce daga (1953 - Yuni 2002) wanda ƙanwarsa Umaru Bago Tafida II ta 12 a matsayin Etsu Lapai.

An haifi Etsu Kobo a cikin gidan masarautar Lapai .
