Farfesa ne a fannin noma, Malami ne a fannin ilimi kuma ɗan siyasa na ƙungiyar FDC, wanda shi ne jagoran adawa a majalisar dokokin Uganda daga shekarun 2006 zuwa 2010.[1][2]

Latigo ya fito ne daga Arewacin Uganda. An zaɓe shi ɗan majalisar wakilai mai wakiltar mazaɓar Agago ta arewa akan tikitin FDC. Daga shekarar 2006 zuwa 2010, ya taba riƙe muƙamin shugaban 'yan adawa a majalisar dokokin ƙasar. Ya bar FDC ne a shekarar 2020 bayan ya ƙasa samun tikitin jam’iyyar na sake tsayawa takara a mazaɓar Agago ta Arewa a majalisar dokokin ƙasar inda ya bayyana FDC da duk wasu jam’iyyun siyasa a Unganda a matsayin “stinking”. Sannan ya bayyana cewa zai tsaya takarar ɗan majalisar Agago ta Arewa a matsayin ɗan takara mai zaman kansa.[3]

A watan Janairun 2019, Latigo ya yi hatsarin mota yayin da yake tafiya zuwa garinsa da ke Arewacin Uganda lokacin da motarsa ta yi karo da wata motar safa da ke zuwa amma ta tsira daga hadarin.[4][5] Wannan shi ne karo na huɗu da ya yi hatsarin mota. A cikin watan Oktoba 2009, da kuma a cikin watan Janairu 2011, Latigo ya tsira daga mummunan hatsari a kan babbar hanyar Kampala zuwa Gulu. A ranar 30 ga watan Janairu, 2018, motarsa ta kutsa cikin wata babbar mota a Kakooge, gundumar Luwero da ke kan babbar hanyar Kampala.[6]
