Majalisar kwamandan juyin juya hali don ceton ta kasa

Majalisar Dokokin juyin juya hali don Ceto ta Kasa (RCCNS-Sudan) ita ce hukumar mulkin Sudan ta biyo bayan juyin mulkin watan Yuni 1989.[1]Hakan ya samo asali ne daga haɗin gwiwar da ke tsakanin Sojojin Sudan da National Islamic Front.[2]Ita ce hukumar da gwamnatin mulkin soji ta Sudan karkashin Laftanar Janar Omar al-Bashir ta yi amfani da ita.

Bayani kan shugaban

Al-Bashir shi ne shugaban majalisar, sannan kuma ya kasance Firayim Minista, ministan tsaro da kuma babban kwamandan sojojin kasar Sudan.[3]Sauran majalisar ta kunshi jami’an soji goma sha hudu, wadanda dukkansu ke da hannu wajen juyin mulkin.[4] : p. 2  Saboda haka, babu wata ƙa'ida game da zaɓi da wa'adin membobinta da aka bayyana ga jama'a.[5]

RCCNS ta yi amfani da doka da kuma wasu ikon zartarwa. Ta nada kwamitoci don tsara wasu hukunce-hukuncen doka da suka haɗa da Dokar Laifuka ta 1991. RCCNS ba ta buga kowace ƙa'ida ta tsari ba game da shawarwarinta.

Ta haramta ayyukan siyasa, kama 'yan adawa da kuma rufe jaridu.

RCCNS ta tsira daga yunƙurin juyin mulki a 1990.[6]

Daga cikin membobin RCCNS akwai kabilanci Fur Brigadier al-Tijani al-Tahir, Manjo Janar Zubeir da Manjo Ibrahim Shams al-Din. Dukkansu ukun suna da alaka mai karfi da Libya da Muammar Gaddafi.[7]

Al-Bashir ya rusa RCCNS a watan Oktobar 1993 ya nada kansa shugaban kasa[6]. An ba da ikon RCCNS zuwa ga Shugaba da Majalisar Dokokin ƙasar Sudan.[8]Wannan ya sa akasarin mulki ya ci gaba da zama a hannun al-Bashir
