Madurese cuisine
Abincin Madurese shine al'adar abinci na Mutanen Madurese daga Tsibirin Madura a garin Indonesia. Wannan abincin ya shahara sosai a yankunan dake kusa da Gabashin Java, da kuma kudancin Kalimantan. A matsayin babbar cibiyar samar da gishiri a cikin tsibirin Indonesiya, abincin Madurese sau dayawa yana da gishiri idan aka kwatanta shi da abincin Gabashin Javanese, kodayake yana da Tasirin Javanese.
Abincin Madurese yana ƙara petis ikan wanda duk da sunan (ikan = kifi) anayinsa ta amfani da kuma shrimp. Madurese-style satay tabbas shine mafi mashahuriyar bambancin satay a garin Indonesia. Wasu daga cikin shahararrun abincinsa sun haɗa da satay na kaza, satay na tumaki, Madurese Soto, Sopo na awaki da kuma soya na man shanu.
