Hasken gamma, wanda kuma aka sani da radiation gamma (alama γ ko ),wani nau'i ne mai ratsawa na electromagnetic radiation wanda ya taso daga ruɓewar rediyoaktif na nuclei .Ya ƙunshi mafi ƙanƙanta raƙuman ruwa na lantarki, yawanci ya fi guntu na haskoki na X-ray . Tare da mitoci sama da 30 exahertz ( 3× 10 19 Hz ),yana ba da mafi girman makamashin photon.Paul Villard wani masani ne dan kasar Faransa chemist kuma masanin kimiyya, ya gano gamma radiation a shekara ta 1900 a lokacin da yake nazarin radiation da radium ke fitarwa.A cikin 1903,Ernest Rutherford ya ba wa wannan radiyon gamma radadin suna bisa la’akari da yadda suke shiga cikin kwayoyin halitta;a cikin 1900 ya riga ya ba da sunaye nau'ikan ruɓewa guda biyu marasa raɗaɗi (wanda Henri Becquerel ya gano) haskoki na alpha da haskoki na beta a cikin tsarin hawan ikon shiga.
