Aisha Babangida shugabar agaji ce kuma shugabar shirin Better Life Program for the African Rural Woman. Ita ce ta farko ga tsohon shugaban mulkin sojan Najeriya Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.

Ta kuma yi aiki tare da ƙungiyoyi masu zaman kansu da yawa.[7]
Aisha ta yi kira ga ’yancin mata da karfafa musu gwiwa ta hanyar samar musu da abubuwan da za su taimaka wajen sauya rayuwarsu.[8][9][10]
Ita shugabar jin kai ce mai sha'awar yin aiki a cikin ayyukan jin kai da kuma taimakawa al'ummar Najeriya marasa aiki.[11][12]
A shekarar 2016, Aisha ta kafa bankin Egwafin MicroFinance Bank wanda ke taimakawa wadanda ke Najeriya samun kudaden da suke bukata da kudaden da ba za su samu ba.[13] A cikin 2018, ta kafa kungiyar Mata Enterprise Alliance (WenA), dandali da ke taimaka wa 'yan kasuwa ta hanyar saka hannun jari a kamfanoni masu fa'ida na farko, kanana da matsakaitan masana'antu (SMEs) a Najeriya da ma Afirka baki daya.[14][15]
