Yaren Dungan (/ ˈdʊŋɡɑːn/ ko / ˈdʌŋɡən/) yaren Sinitic ne [bayanin kula [2]da jama'ar Dungan ke magana da farko a cikin yankin Kazakhstan, a ƙasar Rasha da Kyrgyzstan, ƙabila ce ta kabilar Hui ta China.
