Yaƙin Winterthur (27 Mayu 1799) wani muhimmin aiki ne tsakanin bangarorin Sojojin Danube da bangarorin sojojin Habsburg, karkashin umarnin Friedrich Freiherr von Hotze, a lokacin Yaƙin Ƙungiyar ta Biyu, wani ɓangare na Yaƙe-yaƙe na juyin juya halin Faransa . Ƙananan garin Winterthur yana da nisan 18 kilometres (11 mi) arewa maso gabashin Zürich, a Switzerland.
