Tamina
Tamina (Arabic) ko "semolina cake," tsohuwar zuma ce ta Aljeriya wacce ta kunshi semolina mai laushi, mai launin zinariya amma ba launin ruwan ƙasa ba, haɗe da man shanu, da zuma mai narkewa. Yawanci ana yi mata ado da cinnamon, Pistachio ko almonds mai sukari.[1]

Akwai wani irin kek na Aljeriya mai suna tamina (Rfiss Tousni), amma ana yin wannan da gasasshen semolina, da man shanu da man dabino (garss). [2] Yana da zaƙi mai daɗi don raka tare da kyakkyawan shayi na Mint na Aljeriya ko latte a lokacin ciye-ciye. Ana yi wa Tamina ado da ƙwayayen Pine don ƙarin daɗi. [3]
Yawanci ana raba Tamina tsakanin wasu ’yan tsiraru, kamar yadda ake haɗawa a ƙananan faranti ana sha da ƙananan cokali.
