An haife ta a Dundee, Scotland, Dabbagh 'yar mahaifin Palasdinawa ce daga Jaffa kuma mahaifiyar Ingila ce. Ta zauna daban-daban a Dundee, Reading, High Wycombe da Jedda a lokacin yarinta kafin ta koma Kuwait tana da shekaru takwas.

Dabbagh ta kammala karatu daga Jami'ar Durham tare da digiri na farko na Arts kuma daga baya ta sami LL.M. daga SOAS. Dabbagh is strongly influenced by Palestine, the greater Palestinian diaspora, and her legal work in Human rights and International criminal law.[3] Following the COVID-19 lock-down in London, she described her motivations as "love and resistance."[4]
