Oshikundu
Oshikundu ko Ontaku wani abin sha ne na gargajiya na Namibiya wanda ake yin shi da fulawar gero (mahangu) da dawa da maɗaɗɗen fulawar da aka haɗe da ruwan dumi. [1] An yi shi daga hatsi. Ontaku yana da ɗan gajeren lokacin rayuwa kuma dole ne a sha shi a cikin rana ɗaya, zai fi dacewa a cikin sa'o'i 6 da zarar an shirya shi. [1] Ontaku ya fi zama ruwan dare a tsakanin mutanen <i id="mwFg">Aawambo</i> da kuma a wani yanki na yankin Kavango. [1] Ilimin ƙirƙirar Ontaku ya kasance ta hanyar baki daga wannan tsara zuwa wancan da baki, don haka ya wanzu ta zuriyar Aawambo. [1] Ana sayar da shi sosai a kasuwannin wurin yawon buɗe ido kuma galibi ana danganta shi da yankunan karkara da arewacin Namibiya. Ana iya ba da Oshikundu tare da naman alade kuma lokacin da babu abin da za a ci tare da naman alade tare da taimakon naman sa ko miya.
Ana barin haɗin don yin taki na sa'o'i da yawa a zafin jiki. Da zarar Oshikundu ya shirya ya sha sai ya zama launin ruwan ƙasa mai kauri. Yana da gina jiki kuma yana da ɗan gajeren rayuwa, yawanci abin sha ne wanda aka girka a gida kuma ana jin daɗinsa kowace rana. [2]
Wani bincike da Sashen Kimiyyar Abinci na Jami’ar Namibiya ya gudanar a shekara ta 2001 ya nuna cewa, za a iya samar da busasshen gauraya da ke ɗauke da dunkulewar gero da dawa, wanda za a inganta ta da sinadarin bambara. Ana iya siyar da wannan da cakuɗa shi don yin oshikundu.
