Kubra Noorzai haihuwa (shekarar 1932-mutuwa shekarar 1986) ta kasance'yar siyasan Afganistan ce. An haifi Noorzai a garin Kabul, daya daga cikin yara tara.Ta yi karatu a Lycée Malalaï, kafin ta kammala digiri a Kwalejin Kimiyya a Jami'ar Kabul.[2][3]Daga baya Noorzai ta koma Lycée Malalaï, inda ta zama shugabar ta kuma daga baya ta jagoranci tsangayar mata a jami'ar Kabul. [3]A shekarar 1958 ta koma Faransa, inda ta yi karatu a Jami'ar Paris na shekara guda.[2] [3]Ta yi aiki a matsayin mai duba makaranta na makarantun 'yan mata, [4] kuma ta yi aiki a matsayin darekta na Cibiyar Agaji ta Mata a Kabul. [5]Ta kuma zama shugabar kwalejin tattalin arzikin gida.[6]

Daya daga cikin jagororin masu rajin kare hakkin mata a Afganistan, Noorzai na daya daga cikin matan farko da suka daina sanya mayafi a bainar jama'a, bayan Sarauniya Humaira Begum ta ba da misali da fitowa ba tare da nata ba a shekarar 1959.[4]Ta kasance wakiliyar Afghanistan a UNESCO da taron Majalisar Mata ta Duniya a Dublin. [2]A cikin shekarar 1964, Sarki Mohammed Zahir Shah ya nada ta a cikin kwamitin ba da shawara wanda ya sake duba daftarin tsarin mulkin a shekarar 1964, [7] wanda ya bai wa mata 'yancin kada kuri'a da tsayawa zabe.Bayan zaben watan Agusta-Satumba a shekarar 1965, Firayim Minista Mohammad Hashim Maiwandwal ya nada ta Ministar Kiwon Lafiyar Jama'a a ranar 1 ga watan Disamba shekarar 1965,[8] ta zama ministar mata ta farko a Afghanistan.Ta kasance a ofishin har zuwa shekarar 1969.[9]
