Karamin rukunin yana a kilomita 29 kilometres (18 mi) daga yammacin Kropyvnytskyi (tsohon Kirovohrad, Yelizavetgrad, Lyzavethrad) a wani ƙauye na Mykolayivka kuma a kusa da babbar titin zuwa Turai E50.

An kafa gidan ne a cikin shekara ta alif dari takwas da saba'in daya miladiyya (1871 ) wanda babban marubucin wasan kwaikwayo Karpo Tobilevych kuma ya sanya masa suna don karrama matarsa Nadiya Tarkovska.[1] [2] Daga baya Karpenko-Karyi ya zabi wannan gida a matsayin wurin zaman gidan tarihin na dindindin.
