Kabeji a turance (Cabbage), na ɗaya daga cikin kayan lambu da ake amfani da shi a cikin abinci, kuma anyi ittafaƙin Kabeji yana kunshe da sinadarin gina lafiyar mutum. Kabeji yana da matuƙar farin jini a cikin abinci domin yana ƙara haskaka abinci, duk da Kabeji ana cin shi da ƙuli ba dole sai cikin abinci ba, sannan akwai masu cin shi ɗanye akwai kuma masu cin shi dafaffe.[1]
