Inertial navigation system
Na'urar kewayawa ta inertial[1] (INS; da kuma tsarin jagora, inertial kayan aiki) na'urar kewayawa ce da ke amfani da firikwensin motsi (accelerometers), firikwensin juyawa (gyroscopes) da kwamfuta don ci gaba da ƙididdigewa ta hanyar ƙididdige matsayi, fuskantarwa, da sauri. (shugabanci da saurin motsi) na abu mai motsi ba tare da buƙatar nassoshi na waje ba. Sau da yawa na'urori masu auna inertial ana ƙara su ta hanyar altimeter barometric kuma wani lokaci ta hanyar firikwensin maganadisu (magnetometers) da/ko na'urorin auna gudu. Ana amfani da INSs akan mutummutumi na hannu da kuma akan ababen hawa kamar jiragen ruwa, jiragen sama, jiragen ruwa na karkashin ruwa, makamai masu linzami masu jagora, da jiragen sama. Tsofaffin tsarin INS gabaɗaya suna amfani da dandamali mara amfani azaman wurin hawansu zuwa abin hawa kuma ana ɗaukar sharuɗɗan wani lokaci iri ɗaya ne.[2][3][4]
