Прямоугольное полотнище белого цвета, разделенное двумя голубыми широкими лентами, которые проходят симметрично по центру полотнища флага, толщина которых составляет 1/17 ширины флага. В центре флага голубые полосы преломляются под углом 135 градусов, образуя квадрат, длина диагонали которого составляет 2/3 ширины флага. В этот квадрат вписана в уменьшенном виде символика гербового щита города, габаритная ширина которого составляет одну четверть ширины флага и отношение ширины флага к его длине составляет 2:3.
