Deutsch: Wiesbaden, Kurhaus, zwischen 1890 und 1900. Das Bild mit der Unterschrift "Kurhaus in Wiesbaden mit Vorplatz" zeigt nicht das Kurhaus das von Friedrich von Thiersch zwischen 1902 und 1907 gebaut wurde. Bei der Darstellung handelt es sich um das alte Kurhaus, das abgerissen wurden und an deren Stelle das neue Kurhaus nach den Plänen von Friedrich von Thiersch neu errichtet wurde. Ersichtlich ist dies, wenn man dieses Bild mit der Nachtaufnahme unten vergleicht. Das alte Kurhaus hatte keine Glaskuppel, wie es im mittleren Foto dargestellt ist. Die Glaskuppel ist von Friedrich von Thiersch gebaut worden.
