Eva ta bar Kenya tana da shekaru 14 kuma tana cikin nahiyoyi 3 daban-daban tun daga lokacin. Fim ɗinta na farko ya kasance a gasar Durban International Film Festival a 2017. Wani fim BankSlave kuma ya sami lambar yabo ta Faransa 24RFI a cikin 2012.

Eva Njoki Munyiri ta yi aiki a matsayin mai bincike, furodusa kuma mai kulawa a Afirka ta Kudu, Faransa da Mexico .

A cikin 2012, Eva Njoki ta yi fim ɗin shirin Bankslave wanda ya ci Visa pour l'Image Festival Perpignan.

A cikin 2017 Eva Njoki ta haɗu tare da Chimurenga don kawo gidan rediyon Pan African Space Station (PASS) zuwa gidan kayan tarihi na Tamayo a Mexico City. Tamayo Museum yana daya daga cikin manyan gidajen tarihi na zamani na birnin Mexico.

An nuna shi a bukukuwa irin su DIFF & Encounters na Afirka ta Kudu, Luxor African Film Festival, Festival Film de Femmes da sauransu.

A cikin 2020, Bam na Pan Africa, yana cikin zaɓaɓɓun fina-finai 31 da za su fito a dandalin Kuɗi na Durban FilmMart.[4][5]
