Doo Aphane tana da babban digiri na shari'a da ayyuka a matsayin lauya, wacce ta ƙware a dokar jinsi. Ta kafa Ƙungiyar Mata don Ci gaban Mata, ta kasance darekta na kamfani, kuma ta kafa asibitin taimakon shari'a na Majalisar Cocin Swaziland. Aphane tana gudanar da bincike na shari'a kuma ita ce marubuciyar takardun ilimi da yawa. Ita ce kuma mace ta farko ta kasa mai kula da mata da shari'a ta Swaziland da kungiyar kare hakkin dan Adam ta Kudancin Afirka sannan kuma ita ce mai kula da yankin na kasashen kudancin Afirka shida na shirin 'yancin mata na shari'a. Aphane ta kasance mataimakiyar shugabar cibiyar kula da asusun kula da mata ta duniya kuma ta kasance memba a kwamitin ba da shawara na fasaha na kungiyar raya kasashen kudancin Afirka kan cutar kanjamau daga shekarun 2007-2012. Har ila yau, ta kasance mambar hukumar sadarwar Matasa ta Swaziland, Cibiyar Bayani da Tallafawa Kanjamau kuma ta kasance mamba a dandalin Mata na Afirka.[1]
