Cibiyar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kenya jami'a ce ta jama'a da aka kafa a shekarar 2021. An kafa jami'ar ne don saduwa da karancin ƙwararrun injiniyoyi, waɗanda ake buƙata a cikin ƙasar da yankin, don fitar da Kenya cikin ƙasa mai masana'antu a shekara ta 2030.[1][2]

Jami'ar tana ci gaba a kan kadada 22 (9 na ƙasa a Konza Technology City, a cikin Machakos County, kusa da iyakokin gundumar tare da Makueni County da Kajiado County. [2] [1] Wannan 70 kilometres (43 mi) (43 , ta hanyar hanya, kudu maso gabashin Gundumar kasuwanci ta tsakiya ta Nairobi, babban birnin Kenya, tare da Hanyar Nairobi-Mombasa . [3]

Gwamnatin Kenya, tare da hadin gwiwar gwamnatocin gundumar Machakos, Makueni da Kajiado, da kuma Hukumar Raya Konza Technopolis (KoTDA), suna shirin kafa cibiyar kimiyya da fasaha. An shirya cibiyar ta zama jami'ar bincike ta jama'a.[4]

Bayan gasa, Cibiyar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Koriya ta lashe tayin tsara tsarin karatun jami'a. Ƙungiyar kamfanoni biyu na gine-gine da injiniya na Koriya na "Samoo" da "Sunjin", sun lashe yunkurin tsarawa da gina harabar jami'a. An sanya hannu kan waɗannan kwangila a watan Nuwamba na shekara ta 2018.[4]

Ginin yana samun kuɗin KSh10 biliyan (dala miliyan 72) daga Bankin Kasuwanci na Koriya ga gwamnatin Kenya. Ana sa ran wuraren za su kasance a shirye a cikin 2021, tare da shigar da dalibai 200 na digiri na farko da suka fara karatu a cikin 2022.
